30 Day Social Media Detox???

Hey Fam! I know it’s been a minute since I’ve posted. I’ve personally been on this “new day, better me” kick lately. I’ve been doing a lot of self-reflecting and working to let my actions speak for me. In the midst of all that self reflection, I see that social media, although purposeful in many ways, has been become (and has been for quite some time), a distraction for me. It has become habit to post randomness, thoughts, and feelings on social media platforms. A lot of what I post is honestly just not beneficial to my life or the lives of those who come across my pages. There are a lot of positive things that I’ve come across on social media, but lately, I’ve been seeing a lot of negativity within it, and I honestly need a “break.” In the video below I share some of my thoughts regarding social media and why I feel the need to “detox” from the Digital World. I will be breaking from the fab 4 (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, SnapChat). Those in bold are the sites I find myself most draw to and post random things on.
